Shanahan Engineering Ltd. strives towards zero accidents and injuries in all operations worldwide. We insist that every employee observes the company safety manual and performs their work in the manner outlined in the Company’s Safety Handbook and in accordance with all other site and country regulations that apply.

It is important to the Company and to our Insurers that safety incidents / accidents involving a SEL Employee, or a person assigned by SEL to a SEL project, or a person under the supervision of SEL be reported immediately, either by the Employee or the Shanahan Site Lead / Safety Officer (if applicable), as specified below:

  1. The occurrence of all safety incidents and accidents must be reported promptly to the client’s safety department and in accordance with the particular rules and regulations applicable on their site, and
  2. The safety incident and accident must be reported electronically, where possible using the form below. This will automatically be sent to the Shanahan Engineering Safety Manager and the Company’s insurer.

In the event that 1) is not possible, the Employee or Site Lead / Safety Officer must report back to their Job Manager in Head Office, Dublin using the PDF form below or in the Handbook supplied by SEL.
